Research Use Only Acknowledgment, Assumption of Risk and Release
1. Every product sold by APEX Bio Labs is a chemical reference material for lawful laboratory, analytical and in-vitro research only. Products are not drugs, foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics, have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
2. I will not use these products in or on humans or animals, and I will not allow anyone else to.
3. I have the training and facilities to handle research chemicals safely, and I will store, handle and dispose of them as required by applicable law and laboratory safety practice.
4. I will not resell, relabel, repackage or transfer any product to anyone for a prohibited use.
5. I assume all risk arising from my possession, handling or use of these products. To the fullest extent the law allows, I release APEX Bio Labs and its owners, staff and affiliates from claims arising from misuse or from any use contrary to this waiver, and I will indemnify them against those claims.
6. APEX Bio Labs may cancel any order, and refuse future orders, if it believes a product will be used for a prohibited purpose.
7. Typing my name below is my electronic signature and has the same effect as a handwritten one. The signature, the date and time, and the device details it was signed from are kept with my order and with my APEX member account, if I have one.
