This site collects information submitted through checkout and Netlify forms, including contact and shipping details needed to process or support an order. When you sign the research-use waiver, at checkout or from your member account, we keep your typed signature, the exact waiver wording, the time you signed, your IP address and browser details with the order and on your member account as a record of the signature. While you browse, we also record how the site is used: the pages you open, how long you stay and how far down each page you scroll, the buttons and links you click, products you add or save, catalog searches, and how far you get into checkout. This is linked to your member account when you are signed in, is only visible to APEX staff, is used to improve the catalog and site, and is deleted after 180 days. Nothing you type into forms is recorded this way. If you leave the site while signed in, we may send one short follow-up email inviting you to chat with support (at most once a week); every email includes an unsubscribe link. Members can see and update their contact and shipping details from their account, and APEX staff can view and edit member profiles to support orders. Do not submit sensitive medical information. Review third-party services used for hosting, database, analytics and payment handoff when maintaining the final policy.
