APEX Monthly FAQ
Does it cost anything to join?+
No. APEX Monthly is free to join. You only pay for the products in your monthly box, at member prices, plus shipping.
What is the commitment?+
Plans have a 3 months minimum, and you can choose a longer term at checkout. After your committed months your plan continues month to month until you cancel.
How does paying monthly work?+
Your first month is paid at checkout. After that, a new invoice appears in your account on your monthly date with a one-tap Venmo button. Pay it with the order number in the note and that month's box ships once we confirm it.
What does paying ahead get me?+
Pay for your whole commitment in one payment and take an extra 5% off. Every month's products ship together in one bulk shipment, so you only pay shipping once.
Can I change what's in my box?+
Yes. Add or remove products and change quantities from your account any time. Changes apply from your next invoice. You can also move your monthly date.
What if I pay an invoice late?+
Your member pricing continues through a 3-day grace period. Invoices you haven't paid stay in your account until they're paid.
How do I cancel?+
Once every month of your commitment has been invoiced, cancel from your account with one tap. Invoices already sent are still due, and you keep member pricing through the time you've paid for.
